Loree has over 20 years of broad-based experience analyzing commercial real estate and corporate cash flows, structuring investments, strategic planning, and running companies. Her diverse experience gives her insight into the many ways investments and institutions succeed or veer off course. Previously, as company founder of Tamarack Capital Partners, she successfully managed her mezzanine debt investment fund through 9/11 and its after-effects on the credit market as well as through The Great Recession of 2008. She has a dual perspective as a recipient of investment funds from outside investors, as an investor in companies, and helping major institutions make tough decisions on their real estate to ensure investment and institutional success.  Before joining SVN Realty Advisors, Loree achieved success in finance and planning, for The Walt Disney Company where she analyzed and compiled the 5-year plan and budget for its new and existing resorts, retail, and recreation.
